1. Our general shipping cost is below:

FOR ORDERS OVER $50:	FREE!
FOR ORDERS UNDER $50:	$6.99

2. Basic Bae is currently shipping to

Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
Including P.O. Boxes.
All US Military bases, APO/FPO
Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

3. Our processing time for orders is as follows:

Same Day Shipping is available on business days Monday through Friday for orders placed before 2 PM PST. If you place your order after 2 PM PST, it will be processed the following day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed during holiday weekends will be processed and begin shipping on the first business day following the holiday.

On occassions, some orders require additional 1-2 business days for processing due to surged shipping volume.

4. Tracking

You will get an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order is labeled, and you can expect to see tracking information updated within 1-2 business day from there. You can also see the tracking update in your registered account's order history.

5. Lost or stolen packages

6. Address Verification

Please confirm your address and all information before submitting your order at checkout. Basic Bae is not responsible for lost or returned package due to wrong shipping information.
